Bryan A. Carroll, Mediator & Arbitrator
Bryan practiced law in Ottawa from 1973 until December 2015, spending 36 years as a partner and counsel at Scott & Aylen, which became part of Borden Ladner Gervais in 1999. Over that period of time, he appeared in all levels of Courts in Ontario and in a number of administrative tribunals, including the National Energy Board, the Ontario Energy Board, the Health Professionals Appeal and Review Board, and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
Bryan carried on a wide-ranging litigation practice with emphasis on insurance defence litigation, professional negligence litigation, commercial litigation, administrative law, personal injury litigation, medical malpractice litigation and hospital-related litigation. In the course of his 42 years of practice, he has been involved in mediations related to all facets of his practice.
